The Cosmopolitan
The Strip's cool kid. Best dining collection in Vegas, the only balconies on the boulevard, and a casino floor that was literally designed to keep you from gambling.
"A Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare property at the north end of the Center Strip — all-suite rooms, kitchen facilities, and a quieter experience than the mega-resorts."
Overall Rating
A Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare property at the north end of the Center Strip. All-suite rooms with kitchen facilities. The location is good — walking distance to The Venetian and Wynn. The timeshare sales pressure is the main downside.
All-suite rooms with kitchen facilities. Dated but functional. Good value for the location.
Two outdoor pools. Basic.
How this resort holds up in peak Vegas summer (June–September)
The center Strip location is the main summer advantage — you're walking distance to properties with better pool infrastructure. The on-site pool is basic. The kitchenettes mean you can store cold drinks and avoid the markup on resort beverages.
One of the earlier Hilton Grand Vacations properties in Las Vegas. Primarily a timeshare development with hotel rooms available for non-owners.
Hilton Grand Vacations owners. Hilton Honors members. Families who need kitchen facilities.

Shared shuttle ~$8–$12 per person
A functional choice for Hilton Honors members or families who need kitchen facilities in a Center Strip location. Not a luxury experience.
Hilton Honors

The Strip's cool kid. Best dining collection in Vegas, the only balconies on the boulevard, and a casino floor that was literally designed to keep you from gambling.

The fountains are the reason Vegas exists. The rest of the resort is trying to live up to them — and mostly succeeding.

Vegas's most famous resort is also its most confusing to navigate. The toga party ended in 1990. The labyrinthine casino floor never did.
